| May 27 | Finalists deliver sculptures to TSB Arena Foyer – hand or courier. Hand delivery is 10am – 12noon |
| May 28 | Delicate sculptures and sculptures that require assembly: artists to deliver and install – 11am -1pm |
| May 30 | Winners announced at NZ Art Show VIP function in the morning, at the TSB Arena Wellington. Exhibition open for the VIP function and the Gala Evening |
| May 31 -June 2 | R.T Nelson Awards for Sculpture exhibition at the TSB Arena, Wellington, hosted by the NZ Art Show |
| June 2 – Sunday | Exhibition closes 6.30pm. Sculptures are uninstalled. Sculptures that are delicate or require disassembly must be uninstalled by artists on this day. Other artists may pack down their artworks if they can. |
| June 3 | Artists may collect unsold artwork in person from TSB Arena – 10am if they are unable to make Sunday collection |
| June 4 | Unsold artworks couriered to artists from TSB Arena venue. Artists are responsible for courier costs. NB: The morning of June 4th is the last day for all unsold artworks to be collected |
| July 20 | Artists who have sold artworks will be paid by this date |
